Instructors
Jan Cej & husband Bill moved to Emma Lake in 1999. Jan joined the Lakeland & District Fire Dept. in January 2000 as a Firefighter/First Responder and in the last 23 years has moved up the Ranks to become a Battalion Chief.
With her experiences on the fire department Jan quickly saw the need for First Aid Training and became an instructor in 2005. She was an instructor for React & Respond First Aid in Prince Albert and in 2009 became the owner.
Chris McShannock (Jan's Son who is the Fire Chief of the Lakeland & District Fire Department) became an instructor in 2006. Chris with his wife Tracey have 4 children and also live at Emma Lake.
